Animoto Return Policy?
The return policy of Animoto.com states that refunds are not provided on fees or charges related to the Animoto account/subscription, including unused or partially used subscription periods and bank/merchant fees. Animoto is not responsible for any bank fees incurred due to insufficient funds.
For purchases made through an Apple iOS device, Animoto is unable to refund any charges from the iOS/Apple subscription. Because the purchase was made through Apple, Apple support must be contacted to process the refund request.
Regarding subscription cancellation, since the subscription is paid upfront at the start of the billing period, it isn't possible to cancel before the pre-paid term expires. Instead, automatic renewal can be turned off so the plan doesn't renew at the end of the billing cycle. This can be done by going to the Account page while logged in, selecting the Workspace, and clicking Billing from the dropdown menu that appears. If the Billing tab is not visible, that means the user is on the Free Forever plan and has not been billed. Only Team Admins can view or edit the billing information of the Teams plan. After toggling the slider to off, the system will ask to select a reason. After selecting a reason, click Continue to finalize the subscription cancellation. All prompts must be completed to turn off auto-renewal. If not, the subscription will renew and won't be canceled.
If the subscription was purchased through Apple, the subscription must be canceled through the Apple account.
